Job Title:
Data Clerk (4 Positions)
Reports to:
Will work closely with other RHNK teams, specifically network health care providers and will report directly to Monitoring and Evaluation Lead.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
·Data collection and entry into network facilities database, and ensuring quality data entry
·Ensure data integrity is upheld by conducting regular data cleaning and validation
·Assist in the compilation and timely submission of network facilities reports
·Ensuring proper filling of all paper work
·Establish and maintain a logical filing structure for all network facilities
·Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Monitoring and Reporting
·Work with the other M&E staff to design and Implement Monitoring & Evaluation Plans.
·Conduct regular visits to project sites, as possible, to provide technical assistance and ensure proper monitoring of project activities.
·Work closely with M&E Officers in the analysis and interpretation of data and in the creation of data exports and dashboards.
·Support the M&E officers in preparing M&E monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports for the donor, as needed and on-time.
Location
Coastal, Central, Nyanza and Western Regions
Qualifications and Experiences
·At least a Diploma in Health Records, Information Technology or any other related field required;
·At least 1-year experience with data systems, collection, entry, verification, and reporting required;
·Experience in working/volunteering in an SRHR organization will be an added advantage;
